I passed out .. Chicken me

I have been overly aggressive to lose few pounds while I am still sick .. I went to gym with my trainer doing crazy workout  and suddenly my head is spinning and I was down pale and sweating like crazy ..I sat down and my head is still spinning and cold sweat. They gave me honey and water . Never seen me in pale and sweat like crazy . This is so embrassed . 

In the few seconds I was out , my world is silent and I saw a similar face in my passed out moments .
